Did Venus Have Oceans?

More mainstream uggghhhhh concerning Venus never having had oceans. 

Venus is ~450-750 billion years old.

Lets do the math here. How accurate are the weatherman's take on hurricanes? Spaghetti models anybody?

 

 

 Yet they know the entire past history of a dead star based on current conditions? Come on.

 Funny. A google search doesn't turn up facts like that. It takes hundreds of millions of years to form an exoplanet.
